What Hi-Speed USB host controller I need for my Windows XP Service Pack 2?

When I plug in my portable MP3 player that says I need a High-Speed USB Host Controller for better performance, and Internet search for the right port. Sometimes my MP3 portable hard drive always works sometimes when you plug it in. It's frustrating when I just want to add or songs. Please help. I'm also a Team dumby EVI was only one computer for about 6 months in case of Take It Easy with thanks me.lol

Hi Shiva here if you have or office to request that the person UR difficult to obtain and install the USB PCI card in U, and if you have a laptop that u need to install the USB PCMCIA card is not enough to solve the problem with U and ur current system does nothing like the USB 1.1 version and may UR MP3 player can be 2.0, then u can not update the software by the beloved is the ultimate solution
