What is the technical specification for the Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop?

All I really want to know is what type of disc IDE hard disk or use Serial ATA (alternative is just one example) and what type of RAM and I whats in it s max (for example, Max 2 GB 333MHz DDR SDRAM)

The system uses an IDE disk, and can contain a maximum (2 GB sticks of 2 x 1 GB) of 533MHz DDR-2 memory. Hope this helps.
