Dell Inspiron 530 Q6600 and Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT power questions?

Hello, I have a question, I just received a Dell Inspiron 530 Intel Quad 6600 and I To add GeForce 9500 1 GB PCI-E 2.0 card, but I read somewhere that the default power that comes with Dell 530 is not powerful enough for this card, the card requires 350W PSU with 18 amps on 12 volt rail, I have a spare Dynex 400W PSU, it will be compatible with this card? Dynex 400W Specifications Power: DC Output +5 V = 28A (Red) +12 V1 = 14A (yellow) 3.3 = 30A (orange) +12 V2 = 15A (yellow black)-5V = 0.3A (white)-12V = 0, 3 A (blue) +5 VSB-2.0A (purple) Watts Output: 400W +5 V +3.3 V: 130W Dynex DX-l PS400W2 Or should I just order this diet? 9500GT normally attracts up to 35W ~ ~ 3 or 12 amps on the rail V1. Inspiron 530 is typically a 300W PSU and most supplies current energy has two 12V rails. S1 300 Watters rail 12 could be rated 8 or greater. Quad Processor and VRM could take up to 110 W ~ ~ 9 or 12 amps in V2. A 300W PSU w / dual lanes should normally have a rating of 13 amps, 12 V2. So basically the power supply must be capable of 530 to handle the 9500GT any day. Your alternative Dynex 400W PSU is enough and can actually handle more powerful cards or care for extra features, and even "bling-blings.
