Turn my PC on it turns itself off & restarts. No beep, no boot, keyboard, mouse, monitor, DFI MB post code C1?

I built it about 4mths ago and it was working great. Downloaded Window Updates and through Windows shut it off, but when I turned it on 4hrs later, it didn’t boot up and no beep. All MB power LED’s on w/Post Code C1= Memory Presence- First block memory detect
OEM Specific-Test to size on-board
memory. Early chip set initialization
Memory presence test
OEM chip set routines
Clear low 64K of memory
Test first 64K memory.
I unplugged and plugged everything back in, Mem too, all fans working, HD spinning, DVD has power, but no keyboard, mouse and no picture on the monitor which does have power light on. Is the problem a bad CPU, MB, PSU, Mem or ?
It sounds like your memory may be kaput! To find out, then go here and download memtest. It will diagnose your memory and see if it is bad:

This will at least eliminate one cause.
