How do I get my Dell Photo AIO 992 Printer to recognize that its ink cartridges are full?!?

I have a Dell Photo AIO printer 992….it’s ink cartridges have been empty for awhile, and I just recently filled them with an ink refiller kit (both the black and colour cartriges) however, whenever I print, the messages saying that my ink cartridges are empty still come up, and my printing comes out entirely blank. what do i do?

Also, you may want to try turning your printer off and unplugging it. this can help to reset the ink monitoring software.
