Brighter screens, higher viewing angles, color accuracy higher contrast. They are really great if used in a regular room. The problem is when you have lights that are reflected on the screen, I can not use it in the garden and I see a reflection of myself, the brightness of screen can not compete with the sun light, so they usually move to a better place. The glossy screens tend to focus more on home users, the companies that have bright lighting and screens can cause eyestrain and they tend to go with anti-glare screens. After having used a brightness screen for a while, I prefer the matte screens, I use my laptop for a few hours at a time and have really helped mate. I really think that should go see these screens before choosing, if you choose wrong, I really regret it!
