What is a cheap but good socket 775 heatsink and fan?

Well I got an avc fan, but it’s running my Cpu at a high 70C-80C. I need one because I’ve heard pentium 4 runs hot but need to be around 50C. So whats a good one?

It was very inexpensive, yet it seemed to cool very well, and it’s quiet. It’s really beefy. It’s quieter than my zaleman and cools about as well.
